The operating instructions are as follows:

Adjust time operation:
1. Hold down the left button below without letting go, and click the middle button below to adjust the hour.
2. Hold down the left button below without letting go, and click the right button below to adjust the minute.
3. After adjusting the hour or minute, the second will automatically reset to zero.
