Return Window

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it unused, unworn, unwashed, with all original tags and packaging intact.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your item does not meet these conditions, it may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, you will receive an email notification regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Refund processing time: approximately 2 business days after approval.
  • Please note: your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Restocking Fee

A 20% restocking fee applies to all eligible returns, deducted from the total refund amount.

Exchanges

We gladly offer replacements or exchanges for defective or incorrect items within 30 days of delivery.
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or variant, please contact us before sending it back.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival.
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us right away so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We may request photos or other information to help resolve your case efficiently.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:
