Shipping Time & Handling

We process all orders Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays.
  • Orders placed before 3:00 PM (Shanghai Time, GMT+8) will be shipped the same day, before 8:00 PM.
  • Orders placed after 3:00 PM, or on Saturday/Sunday, will be shipped the following business day (Monday).

We are pleased to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders no minimum spend or exclusions.

In most cases, shipments are delivered without additional charges; however, if duties or taxes are assessed, payment must be made by the recipient.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • A link to the carrier’s website for real-time tracking

You can also find your tracking information by logging into your account and viewing your Order Details page.

Address Changes

If you notice an incorrect shipping address after placing your order, please contact us immediately at support@youweitrade.com

We can only modify the shipping address before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, the address can no longer be changed.
